Three-dimensional (3-D) computer animation is by far the most prevalent form of animation seen in the media today. 3-D has forever changed the look of television, movies, video games, music videos, the internet, and other forms of entertainment because of its flexibility and creativity.
- Our training favors a project-based approach that allows the students to seamlessly adjust to the numerous challenges posed by the steep learning curves associated with learning 3-D animation. With each step, the learners get better and become remarkably confident in their 3-D skills while internalizing the different skill sets that are crucial for a production environment.
- At the end of this course, students will have mastered a variety of concepts and skills in 3-D Animation, modeling, digital sculpting, texturing, lighting and rendering. In addition, they will also master Live-action Tracking and Compositing techniques enabling them to incorporate CG (Computer Generated) components into live-action footage.
- This will give them the ability to start with a strong story line and create animated models and characters that express different versions of the common story. Students work on developing and editing collections technical drawings.
