Bachelor of Technology (Electrical & Electronics Engineering) allows students to select courses of their choice from specialisation, domain elective and open elective courses over and above the core courses, based on individual interest without sacrificing the basic objectives of the course. Electronics and electrical, are engineering disciplines where non-linear and active electrical components such as electron tubes, and semiconductor devices, especially transistors, diodes and integrated circuits, are utilized to design electronic circuits, devices and systems, typically also including passive electrical components and based on printed circuit boards. The term denotes a broad engineering field that covers important sub-fields such as analog electronics, digital electronics, consumer electronics, embedded systems, microprocessors, micro-controllers, VLSI Design and power electronics.
Electrical Engineering deals with implementation of applications, principles and algorithms developed within many related fields.

A minimum 50% aggregate in CBSE grades X & XII with a minimum of 60% in PCM, or the equivalent from alternative schools, is required.
