The Master of Arts in Organizational Leadership (MAOL) provides the platform for the development of astute leadership competences for leaders from diverse backgrounds and institutions

The MAOL prepares effective leaders with advanced decision-making and performance skills needed to excel as organizational   leaders. Such leaders take greater responsibilities not only in the Church but also church-related organizations and others in facilitating change and innovation, confronting social issues and ultimately driving improved performance throughout the organization.

The MAOL programme  provides the organizational   leaders with  an opportunity  to acquire the required skills to lead their organizations effectively and   learn ethical behaviour that will facilitate the process of scrutinizing business behaviour,  providing greater transparency and accountability in African countries and beyond.
