For students who do not meet the academic and English language requirements for a Master’s degree. Preparing students for direct entry to a postgraduate degree in a range of subject areas across Computing, Science and Engineering.

On campus and online study options

  • This program is available to study either on campus or online – giving students the flexibility to choose what’s best for them.
  • If your student starts online and is then able to travel to the UK, they’ll be able to transfer to an on-campus program in January or March/April 2022. They’ll need to meet any visa requirements and demonstrate good attendance and performance during their studies online.
  • If your student applies for an Online Extended program, they’ll be offered an Online Academic English plus Online or on-campus academic pathway study plan.

  • Use programs including Virtualbox and Kali Linux as virtual environment to practise ethical hacking.
  • Develop practical programming skills, paticularly in the C programming language, during lab sessions.

Standard Course Requirement 
Academic requirements

  • Completion of a minimum of three years of higher education with good grades. Previous study in a relevant academic discipline or relevant industry experience may be required for admission to specialised postgraduate courses.

English language entry requirements

  • 3 Terms: IELTS 5.5 (with a minimum of 5.0 in all subskills) or equivalent.

Accelerated Course Requirement
Academic requirements

  • Completion of a minimum of three years of higher education with good grades. Previous study in a relevant academic discipline or relevant industry experience may be required for admission to specialised postgraduate courses.

English language entry requirements

  • 2 Terms: IELTS 6.0 (with a minimum of 5.5 in all sub skills) or equivalent
  • A total of 120 credits must be earnt to successfully complete the pathway programme.
